Salary: £41,361 - £45,576

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and create visually compelling data visualisations to communicate complex insights, trends and utilise industry-standard tools such as Tableau and Power BI to develop interactive dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives
• Transform raw data into meaningful narratives, making it accessible and engaging for diverse audiences
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in data visualisation and storytelling techniques to enhance communication effectiveness
• Ensure data accuracy through meticulous attention to detail
• Support training sessions to educate team members on best practices in data visualisation

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Business acumen and the analytical skillset to be able to explore options and challenge existing practice
• Must be experienced in UI/UX design
• Enquiring mind and desire to understand what is happening across contracts/platforms and what underlying drivers influence decisions and events
• Experienced user of data visualisation toolsets including Tableau or similar
• Highly competent in MS Excel, with proficiency for analysis at the appropriate complexity for the business context – People analytics and HR data
• Experience of working with HR Data / People analytics
• Willing to expand own technical skillset portfolio

The Air Resource Cell Team:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Data Visualisation Analyst to join the team, primarily based at the Warton site with occasional travel. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Resourcing Management Information, developing new dashboards, and providing insightful analysis for various programs.

The role involves introducing improvements in internal reporting through automation and BI tools, providing opportunities for career advancement and self-development while engaging with senior stakeholders across diverse assignments.
