      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide operations and maintenance support for software programs that automate business functions
      - Support internal applications for administrative functions such as accounting, payroll, and human resources
      - Manage the movement of large data sets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
      - Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
      - Collaborate with team members to optimize database systems and architecture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of professional experience in SQL Server and Database development
      - Minimum of six (6) years of information systems experience in Database Development or relevant educational qualifications
      - Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or completion of a two-year accredited vocational training program in information technology
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for years of experience
      - Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of database platforms (SQL Server preferred)
      - Familiarity with data warehouse architecture, design, and optimization
      - Experience with extraction, transformation, and loading of large data sets (SSIS, C#.NET)
      - General knowledge of client and address matching (RedPoint preferred)
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
