What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot complex database issues and collaborate with development staff for application-level troubleshooting
- Administer and optimize databases using AWS services like RDS and Aurora in a cloud environment
- Provide 24x7 production and non-production DBA on-call support
- Establish corporate standards for disaster recovery, data retention, and database security
- Translate detailed designs into physical database structures and conduct database testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of database administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of AWS database services
- Experience in SQL and other database technologies
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
