What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data and create dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports using Power BI, SSRS, or other BI tools for stakeholders
- Respond to data retrieval requests and escalate complex database issues as needed
- Build and maintain data pipelines for SQL Server and/or Snowflake data lake
- Measure and audit data for quality issues and develop protocols for database assessments
- Assist in customizing software UI and provide end-user training and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools, such as Power BI and SSRS
- Experience with SQL Server and/or Snowflake data lakes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
- Commitment to the values and mission of the organization, including participation in Christian activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data analysis or database management in a nonprofit or similar environment
- Familiarity with data validation processes and system administration functions
- Ability to contribute to technical support teams and operations
- Experience in creating user documentation and training materials
- Involvement in community service or church activities
