      Database Integration Developer (full-time, multiple openings) needed in Oakland, CA to develop new integrations as well as improve and maintain existing integrations to support our Gensler Core Data used by Gensler's enterprise applications. Develop and maintain integrations between many different systems, used by HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Marketing, Knowledge Management, and IT. Build scalable and reliable data integrations that collect, transform, load and curate data from various systems into actionable data. Work closely with business and data teams to document the data requirements and map them to data integration requirements. Develop, test and document code according to functional and technical specifications using structured development methodologies and defined standards. Maintain and troubleshoot existing processes with thorough understanding of interrelationships with other programs and processes. Sunset and migrate legacy data pipelines and integrations to modern technology. Develop and maintain data flows that populate our data warehouse.

      Must have a Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus two (2) years of related IT experience with all of the following:

      (1) Creating and writing complex T-SQL queries, Views, Indexes, Stores Procedures, DDL/DML Triggers, CTE's and User-Defined Functions using MSSQL Server 2016+ to implement required business logic;

      (2) Utilizing JIRA for bug tracking, issue tracking, and Confluence to document executable code for project management;

      (3) Enhancing, modifying and tuning existing SQL Server Reports (SSRS);

      (4) Improving the existing SSIS integrations/reports by converting legacy SSIS packages into SnapLogic Integration;

      (5) Developing and debugging stored procedures, UDFs, TVFs as well as database query and performance optimization;

      (6) Using Fork and SourceTree clients to interact with GitHub version control;

      (7) Using Skybot and Jenkins automation tools to schedule jobs and/or deployments;

      (8) Designing, developing and maintaining data integrations between different enterprise systems by extracting and combining the data that traverses internal distributed systems such as employee data (HR), project data (Knowledge Management), client data (CRM), and invoice data, payroll data;

      (9) Developing and implementing data integrations for Workday, Anaplan, Coupa, Salesforce dataflows by utilizing SnapLogic ETL Tool;

      (10) Aggregating and analyzing Accounting, Forecasting, Payroll, Finance, and Human Resources data; AND

      (11) Validating, troubleshooting and resolving data, process, and performance issues using SnapLogic, SSIS, SQL Server, Query Surge, and Azure Data Studio.

      In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor's degree related IT experience. Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor's degree related IT experience must include experience with all of the following:

      All experience may be acquired concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may apply.

      The base salary range is $196,685.00 to $196,685.00, commensurate with relevant experience. In addition, standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses.
