  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Collaborate with marketing teams to produce accurate and timely campaign lists based on specifications
  - Develop targeted marketing campaign populations for multiple channels
  - Coordinate with Segment and Channel Marketing to address campaign population issues
  - Provide insights on campaign populations and serve as a key contact point for marketing teams
  - Ensure quality assurance in campaign development and set coding standards for consistency
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAS
  - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative science preferred
  - Solid understanding of Unix AIX operating systems and proficiency in Oracle functions and SQL tools
  - Excellent SQL and relational database skills
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Knowledge of the utility and/or deregulated energy industry and TX SET protocols
  - Familiarity with marketing campaign concepts and customer segmentation
  - Experience with campaign management tools
  - Track record of on-time delivery of campaign and project deliverables
  - Ability to adapt to change and work towards process improvement
