What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide insight-driven clinical, operational, and financial analyses to support decision-making
- Analyze and report on operational, financial, clinical, and performance improvement data
- Collaborate with Architects and ETL developers on design and development efforts
- Troubleshoot and modify existing functionality on reporting platforms as needed
- Stay updated on reimbursement guidelines for virtual care and assess its impact

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 6 years of related experience in business operations, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge of at least one major reporting platform (Cognos, Tableau, Informatica)
- Strong written communication skills
- General understanding of database management languages and relational databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of database monitoring and SQL tuning tools
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL
