Greystone Programs is currently seeking an an enthusiastic and innovative Day and Employment Services Supervisor to provide day-to-day oversight of our site-based day habilitation programs and our employment services for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Supervise, hire, train, schedule and direct staff in the achievement of life-enriching community-based activities.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining full capacity attendance in programs, developing contacts within our community to ensure new and unique opportunities for community-based activities and employment. Our day and employment team members will execute these opportunities and require a leader who will be responsible to coach and develop them as they continue to be open to new teaching experiences and further growth.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a health or human services field and a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience required. Familiarity with OPWDD regulations as they relate to day programs is preferred.
Work schedule is Monday – Friday. May fill in for staff vacancies when needed.
