      Pay Rate: $16.80-$17.75 an hour. Based on your experience.

      Available Work Schedule: (Full-Time)

      • Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

      • Occasional work before or after these hours may be required as routes or other job duties demand

      What You Will Be Doing

      We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be providing direct services – including Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation
      Services – for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral health challenges. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well-structured environment while embracing a person-centered and community-integrated philosophy. Our program is both center and community-based – so expect outings with the people we support!

      Required Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.

      Preferred Education and Experience:

      • Two years experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

      Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

      • Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with consumers and other staff.
      • Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility.
      • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
