**Position Overview:**
As a Loading Dock Security Officer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of a commercial multi-tenant high-rise. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining order and efficiency in the loading dock area, managing incoming and outgoing traffic, and providing top-notch customer service to tenants and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and control access to the loading dock area.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles and packages.
- Provide assistance and guidance to tenants and delivery personnel.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and report any issues or concerns to management.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.

**Schedule:**
- Saturday: OFF
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: Noon - 6pm
- Wednesday: 6am to 6pm
- Thursday: 6am to 6pm
- Friday: 6am to 6pm

**Pay Rate:**
$15.00 / HR
