      As an Oracle Database Developer Lead, you will be a key member of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle databases. Your expertise will contribute to the stability, scalability, and performance of critical systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.

      Your key responsibilities :

      • Design databases that are functional, dependable, and stable.
      • Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, views, and indexes.
      • Implement data security measures and access controls.
      • Optimize SQL queries, database structures, and indexing for maximum performance.
      • Monitor and analyze database performance metrics.
      • Implement performance tuning techniques to enhance system responsiveness.
      • Maintain and improve existing database systems.
      • Execute tests and update databases in accordance with requests.
      • Cooperate with programmers to enhance applications and establish best practices.
      • Investigate and resolve complex database issues escalated from L2 support.
      • Provide Level 4 support to the production team.
      • Troubleshoot and address database usage problems and malfunctions.
      • Design and develop new features and functionality.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
      • Build and deploy monthly release artifacts for production.
      • Maintain detailed documentation of database designs, changes, and optimizations.
      • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
      • Proficiency in Oracle Database administration and development.
      • Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL coding.
      • Familiarity with Java, data structures, and algorithms.
      • Techniques to tune software for maximum performance.
      • Understanding of UNIX environments.
      • Proven ability to design and deliver robust database solutions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

      Your skills and experience

      • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL.
      • Familiarity with database concepts and performance optimization.
      • Understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
      • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
      • Ability to analyze complex issues logically and propose effective solutions.
      • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
      • 8+ years of experience in software development, preferably in financial services or a related domain.
      • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
