- Collaborate with functional SMEs and contribute to training and knowledge transfer
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with final end-to-end testing and validate system readiness for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP go-live
- Log, triage, and escalate issues while documenting recurring problems for business users
- Support the creation of job aids for system navigation and provide end-user support
- Serve as Level 2 support for tickets logged in ServiceNow, troubleshooting integration errors
- Monitor scheduled jobs and validate file transfers between systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- At least 3 years of ERP functional knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and End User Support
- Highly desired experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Procurement modules
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oracle Cloud Certifications
- 3 years of experience in ERP modules and functional processes
- Experience with data migration and cutover planning support
