Factoring

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end sales process and perform client management for all non-complex clients
• Manage premium clients on day-to-day trade related activities and performing Trade advisor activities that include setting up non-standardized Trade transactions, and answering all kinds of product related questions before product is issues
• Identify potential leads and cross & up sell opportunities in order to maximize revenue; perform transaction monitoring and ensuring transactions meet the client profile
• Comply with Internal & Regulatory Risk and Control Guidelines; Drive continues improvement activities for area of accountability leading to operational efficiencies

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance course or its equivalent
• Experience in Trade Finance either in a sales, relationship management, or a client services background in the Investment Banking or Commercial Banking industry; strong product knowledge in the Trade Finance Business, including Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Bank Guarantees, and Financial Supply Chain
• Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cater to demanding stakeholders
• A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
