      Position Overview

      We're on the lookout for a highly analytical individual to join our team in Austin, TX and play a crucial role in bolstering the growth of our operations network. As the Operations Analyst, you'll be the right-hand person to our Operations Reporting Manager and play a vital part in the day-to-day operations, driving cost analysis, introducing process efficiencies, and fostering cross-functional collaborations.

      Responsibilities:
      Analytical Support:

      • Work closely with the Operations Reporting Manager to analyze risks and process flow within current operations and logistics processes.
      • Proactively identify operational efficiencies and provide recommendations supported by clear and concise data to the leadership team.
      Budgeting/Labor Planning:
      • Assist in the creation and auditing of budget forecasts and invoicing for internal spend and external vendor invoices.
      • Build supporting labor planning tools to support company Revenue and achieve Operational budget goals
      • Contribute to the development of return-on-investment analyses for operations.
      Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Build of cross-functional partnerships to enhance best practices, reduce costs, optimize inventory, and maximize revenue opportunities.
      Order Management Support:
      • Identify optimization opportunities within the order management process flow based on business needs.
      • Analyze and publish weekly reports for direct-to-consumer channels, including split shipment performance and inventory reconciliation.
      Inventory Management:
      • Support the Operations Reporting Manager in driving enterprise inventory management initiatives to ensure accuracy across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
      • Distribute shipment accuracy reporting, quantifying rates, total costs, on-time shipments, transit times, and errors.
      Forecasting Collaboration:
      • Partner with Finance, Procurement and Allocation on inbound/outbound forecasting to provide an order forecast update to our third-party logistics company on a weekly basis.
      Communication Assistance:
      • Effectively communicate sales and operations planning (S&OP) status and information to stakeholder teams, highlighting operational issues, needed actions, or decisions.
      Objective-driven Support:
      • Contribute to the creation of plans aimed at achieving departmental operational and financial objectives.

      Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
      • A keen interest in operations and reporting, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
      • A degree or coursework in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Analytics.
      • Proficiency in relevant computer systems (Microsoft Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with advanced functions such as vlookups, index/match, IF/AND/OR functions, pivot tables, etc…
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
      • Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
      • An eagerness to contribute to the success of the team and the company.
      • A solutions-oriented mentality and positive outlook with a data driven approach.
