- 3-4 years of experience in technology, operations, e-commerce and/or customer support organization
- 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce or digital content platforms and supporting tools and systems
- A quick, flexible learner that can adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations.
- A reliable teammate with strong communication skills who is able to collaborate closely within a big and diverse team.
- Able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent
- Ability to remain calm and good-natured while experiencing aggressive deadlines and increased complexity. Exhibits high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Utmost attention to detail and ability to decipher and troubleshoot complex issues. Strong customer focus with the ability to see the big picture in day-to-day duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure
- HTML and CSS proficiency preferred.

You will be part of a tight-knit team that spans across office locations, driving high quality results while meeting ambitious deadlines.DescriptionAs a Content Production Specialist on the DCM team, you are responsible for updating and maintaining product and marketing content across multiple online platforms worldwide. From product launches to marketing initiatives, major feature changes to daily updates, your work directly impacts the experience for millions of Apple customers across the globe who visit the Apple Online Store every single day.
