- Coordinates marketing roadshows – Full marketing and execution of equity and debt related deals
- Works with Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, and Banking teams in launching and execution of deals
- Communicates with sales to confirm client meetings; and liaises with joint book runners on meeting slots and logistics
- Coordinate logistics for physical and virtual roadshows:, cars, hotels, flights (commercial and private jet) trains
- Works with the CEO/CFO assistants and/or Investor Relations on road show coordination for the client; Sends daily schedule updates to the client and internal groups
- Liaises with external vendors and suppliers; sets up internal and external group functions, staff registration;
- Conducts Budget and Expense reconciliation
- Related experience working on Deal Roadshows (IPO, Rights Issues, High-Yield Bond, Pilot Fishing, PDIE and M&A Roadshows in the EMEA/CEEMEA region) with excellent attention to detail and accuracy while possessing a proactive and positive attitude and presents a professional demeanor at all times
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong and independent problem solving skills
- Customer service / Client facing experience is helpful
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure
- A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables
- Comfortable leading an initiative or playing a support role on the broader team
