      Summary:

      This position is responsible for auditing and updating new and existing customer accounts received from our Authorized Dealers to ensure ADT requirements are met for funding purposes. Receive documentation from our Dealers on customers’ accounts to resolve funding blockers and provide feedback to our Dealers on completing the installation. Prepare, scan, and index customer paperwork received from our Dealers. Setup new Authorized Dealers in Equifax and update them on a needed basis. Employee works closely with our Quality Assurance and Dealer Support teams to resolve any customer concerns or issues related to customer accounts.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Audit customer accounts to review and update the information on new and existing customers.
      • Review customer accounts to resolve outstanding funding blockers that can prevent the Authorized Dealers account from funding.
      • Add, update, or reset Equifax users for new and existing Dealers to allow them to run customer credits or review customer information. They will also add users within our Dealer Operations team.
      • Review documentation received from our Authorized Dealers to resolve funding blockers, update customers' information, update the address exception if documentation is acceptable, and provide feedback on whether the Dealer can proceed with installing for a customer’s account.
      • Prepare and scan customer documents and box them to send offsite storage.
      • Run credits on customers for our Authorized Dealers.
      • Index documents incorrectly received in our imaging system when needed.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      Education / Work Experience Required:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Basic computer skills utilizing Excel, Word, Skype and Outlook.
      • 12 months of computerized data entry experience.
      • Experience with Salesforce.
      • Minimum one-year Customer Service experience

      Core Competencies:

      • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows; type 35 wpm.
      • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy; good oral and written communication skills.
      • Ability to perform and provide results in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
      • Ability to multitask, good organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with customers and peers in a collaborative manner.
      • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
      • Typing and emailing external/internal notes and updating multiple systems.

      Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

      The pay range for this role is $16.66-$27.76 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
