      Job Summary:

      The Dealer Sales Representative is responsible for CUautoFI dealer business development, dealer relations, special promotions, and enhancing current indirect lending relationships.

      Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

      • Conducts on-site sales calls to dealer partners acting as a liaison between CUAutoFi and the dealerships.
      • Audits problem dealers and performs follow-ups.
      • Participates in community events and related activities that support business development, while enhancing CUAutoFi’s image throughout the local auto dealer community.
      • Utilizes technology to create reports, analyze results, and act upon findings.
      • Procures the due diligence necessary to onboard new Auto Dealerships to our business partners group.
      • Evaluates and submits dealers for deactivation because of adverse information and observations of financial results.
      • Completes special projects as assigned by the head of CUautoFI

      Qualifications:

      • A bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; five years of auto finance/auto dealership experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Knowledge of credit underwriting practices in auto finance is preferred.
