  We are now welcoming applications for our FREE Dealer School commencement!

  Mount Airy's highly anticipated Dealer School is back! Our immersive five-week course offers hands-on training at no cost. Starting with blackjack, our skilled dealers guide your journey into the world of gaming. Upon joining the Mount Airy Team, expand your expertise in various games through our internal classes.

  Classes provide flexible scheduling, but regular attendance and punctuality are crucial. Completion of 100 hours of instruction is required by the state for certificate eligibility, ensuring your comprehensive training.

  Scheduled to kick off in mid-February, this is your chance to step into a rewarding career path with us at Mount Airy. Embrace dealing as your next promising venture!

  We offer: Day Shifts, Graveyard Shifts, and Swing Shifts.

  After the Course:

  • Successful completion of the 5-week course necessitates passing a live audition.
  • Working as a dealer in Pennsylvania mandates holding a gaming license.
  • Upon certification and licensing, applicants may receive part-time (or 'on-call') dealer job offers.
  • Starting pay: $4.75/hour + tokes, with potential earnings averaging up to $24 -$28 including tips.
  • Part-time schedules typically entail 3 days per week, with potential for additional shifts during holiday weeks."

  • Black khaki or dress pants
  • No yoga pants, sweatpants, or leggings
  • Black closed-toe shoes: dress shoes, loafers, heels, or sneakers

  Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of dealer school is mandatory.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Table Games audition.
  • Proficiency in performing rapid and accurate mathematical computations for determining winners and losers, and handling bets during Dealer School training.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential
