- $500 paid on first full paycheck
- $500 paid after 90 days of continuous employment
- $1,000 paid after 180 days of continuous employment
- Games taught: Blackjack, Four Card Frenzy, and Louisiana Stud
- One convenient class time will be offered on Monday through Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
- Class attendance required: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Classes held for 2 weeks: July 28, 2025, through August 8, 2025
- Ability to pass an audition is no guarantee of an offer for a dealing position
- Classes are FREE to qualified applicants (Similar Classes in this area cost upwards of $850.00)
- Must be at least 18 years old to be employed by Four Winds Casino Resort
- Basic math assessment required prior to admittance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a level 2 Casino Gaming License
- Three (3) or more day's unexcused absence will be cause for trainee dismissal.
- If unable to attend class, you are responsible to notify Four Winds Casino Resort.
- Tardiness will not be accepted, 10 minutes or later is cause for exclusion from class that day. Further, the tardy day will be assessed as an unexcused absence.
- Four (4) unexcused tardies will be cause for permanent exclusion from training.
- Proper attire, and a professional appearance and attitude are expected at all times.

SUMMARY:
An individual must be able to attend classes 8 hours a day, five days a week, for two weeks. Must learn new games and be able to work flexible hours. Must have good math skills, dexterity, and ability to learn. Must have excellent guest service skills.
Classes will be held in a convenient South Bend location beginning July 28, 2025

The training environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this training.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. A casino environment is typically smoky.
