Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in higher education, counseling, advising, or a student related area required
• 3-5 relevant experience

Who you are

• Knowledge of student development and student learning theories
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What you will do

• Organization and implementation of school-wide initiatives and events
• Research, recommend, develop, and implement new initiatives that strengthen student success
• Communicate with and to the students on their level
• Compiling and maintaining data in support of special projects
• Provide orientation for new students and make them familiar with behavioral norms, other stuffs and faculties
• Provide necessary counseling to children, especially when they are in need for become familiar with various School rules and regulations
• Motive students to participate in various social and cultural activities run by the school
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Reports to the Operations Director

Schedule

• Schedule Monday – Friday, work hours 7:30am – 4:00pm
