- Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in higher education, counseling, advising, or a student related area required
- 3-5 relevant experience
- A dedication and commitment to the mission of HCZ Promise Academy
- Knowledge of student development and student learning theories
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Organization and implementation of school-wide initiatives and events
- Research, recommend, develop, and implement new initiatives that strengthen student success
- Communicate with and to the students on their level
- Compiling and maintaining data in support of special projects
- Provide orientation for new students and make them familiar with behavioral norms, other stuffs and faculties
- Provide necessary counseling to children, especially when they are in need for become familiar with various School rules and regulations
- Motive students to participate in various social and cultural activities run by the school
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Reports to the Operations Director
- Schedule Monday – Friday, work hours 7:30am – 4:00pm
