What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of Grade 12, College Diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong technical skills in software programs and platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and tight deadlines

- Decoration experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
