What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth through support of distributor representatives and their food service customers
- Develop strong product knowledge and assist distributor partners in effectively positioning products
- Build and maintain key distributor and customer relationships to realize future growth potential
- Construct strategic selling plans and conduct sales activities based on targeted priorities
- Attend required meetings and events to promote products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and AS400
- Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 25-50% throughout the assigned territory

- Experience in sales within the food service or related industry
- Proven ability to effectively pre-qualify leads and present solutions
- Experience in managing competing demands in a dynamic environment
