- Work on deductions for a high volume of customer accounts and assist others on the team, as applicable – being a team player is essential.
- Work with team members both in the U.S. and Offshore.
- Manage a customer portfolio that includes the top RB customers, both for US and Canada.
- Review and manage deduction balances, ensuring receipt of proper documentation and information from key customers.
- Identify appropriate solutions to reduce and prevent deductions.
- Follow up with AR (OTC) and customer when additional documentation is required.
- Business partner with groups including (but not limited to) Sales, Logistics, and Customer Supply Services.
- Reviewing and reconciling data/related substantiation.
- Monitor accounts for credits and unresolved items.
- Work on recoding of trade deductions to non-trade.
- Active participation in the Legal Entity split initiative for A/R and deductions.
- High involvement in High Radius calls (system enhancements and open items).
- Strong communication and documentation skills including coordination skills, good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of Deductions experience in non-trade
- Experience with Order-to-Cash
- Experience with High Radius and SAP (OTC module)
- Pharmaceutical Industry or Manufacturing of Consumer Goods industry experience
- Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table & Vlookup experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
