Experience leading complex, $10M+ projects or portfolios to deliver on time and on budget
Experience organizing, leading, and mentoring highly productive teams that can align technical solutions with business needs to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges
Experience developing a pipeline of business opportunities and driving capture
Experience communicating corporate strategy and developing a market focus to advance that strategy
Experience authoring client white papers or leading complex captures and competitive proposals
Experience providing support to combatant commands, sub-unified commands, or in the Indo-Pacific Department of Defense environment and military mission sets
Ability to recruit and develop a pipeline of talent to meet business needs
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in the Indo-Pacific supporting DoD organizations
Experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs for the DoD
Experience in commercial IT hardware and software analysis, evaluation, and solution recommendation for mission requirements
Ability to demonstrate strong client relationships across U.S. Indo-Pacific Command
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance

Defense Program Senior ManagerKey Role:
Assume responsibility for driving performance across the USINDOPACOM lines of business, refreshing the Indo-Pacific joint contract portfolio, and driving focused growth campaigns across the business lines. Apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in modern digital technology and analytics, primarily bringing new capabilities, applications, and services to the market and developing new business. Design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Assume responsibility for managing large contracts, providing leadership for business development activities, and developing future leaders. Maintain accountability for the quality and efficiency of programs, including technical issues, delivery, and businesses processes. Communicate and coordinate regularly and proactively with senior government clients and company leadership on potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
