      Our Newest Opportunity:

      Our company is seeking a highly organized and motivated DEI&B Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives and manage related programs and events. The DEI&B Coordinator reports directly to the VP of DEI&B, and the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for DEI and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Support the collaboration and coordination of our ERGs, Champion’s Council, and local DEI&B Committees with their initiatives
      • Track DEI&B budget and help develop measures that ensure impact
      • Project manage the planning and execution of DEI&B programs, initiatives, and events
      • Be a thought partner and assist with creating and implementing DEI&B programs, including those related to hiring, promotion, pay equity, employee coaching, etc.
      • Serve as DEI&B ambassador to local teams and attend events upon request
      • Stay on top of industry trends to inform recommendations to help identify and assess opportunities for improving our DEI&B practices, policies, and procedures.
      • Attend, coordinate, and (potentially) co-facilitate Executive DEI&B Steering Council Meetings
      • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and community organizations
      • Be a resource for information when RFP questions arise from clients/ prospects
      • Serve as Project Manager for DEI&B Communications:
      • Many Voices, OneDigital the Podcast: Coordinate logistics, contribute to content, and maintain yearly recording schedule
      • Many Voices, OneDigital the Newsletter: work with VP of DEI&B and Internal Communications team on content creation and implementation
      • Maintain DEI&B corporate holiday calendar and work with VP of DEI&B, ERGs, and the Comms. team to ensure programs and communications strategies are planned well in advance
      • Assist with preparing the Annual DEI&B Report: Collaborate with the VP of DEI&B and Comms. team on overall strategy, maintain DEI&B collateral throughout the year, work with stakeholders to obtain data and ensure accuracy and more
      • Design presentations and deliverables as needed for internal and external meetings and speaking engagements

      Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

      • Excellent organizational and project management skills
      • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
      • Demonstrated passion and understanding of DEI&B-related issues
      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient in PowerPoint

      The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $60,000 to $65,00 per year.

      Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
