      Your Impact:

      This role is responsible for completing the day-to-day communication needs of the program and division. This will include providing communications support for workforce attraction and engagement efforts, supplier diversity needs and community outreach initiatives among others.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Help coordinate an annual strategic communication plan and editorial calendar that drives outcomes as outlined in our Board-approved plan.

      • Support high-impact small-to-medium campaigns through the communication lifecycle from planning, to implementing to assessing for attraction, engagement, and development initiatives.

      • Coordinate creative assets, marketing outreach and tradeshow branding needs.

      • Support our accolade strategy that helps benchmark our efforts and share best practices.

      • Partner with HR Strategic Communications and Corporate Communications to complete large-scale integrated communication campaigns.

      • Serve as communications counselor to the team and other champions across company.

      • Serve as enterprise-wide inclusive content expert suggesting edits that reflect inclusive content best practices.

      • Share our story with key audiences surfacing relevant and appropriate stories for publication.

      • Support key talking points, presentation materials and other communications collateral.

      Additionally, this individual may support the division in the following ways:

      • Coordinate and manage business tasks such as governance risk activities to include division Privacy Liaison, Records and Information Management (RIM) and Division Records Management.

      • Support the execution and oversight of division risk and controls and divisional requirement related to corporate-wide FHFA mandates / directives.

      • Support monthly reporting to senior management (e.g., remediation status, program status, division status and performance indicators).

      • Lead projects from the requirements' definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and project implementation plans.

      • Provide Operations support to include budget, procurement, invoicing activities and serve as owner of division SharePoint.

      • Coordinate America’s Charities administrator for our Matching Gifts Program.

      Qualifications:

      • Typically, 2-4 years of related experience.

      • College degree or equivalent experience.

      • Demonstrated experience supporting divisional risk and controls priorities and use of systems to support risk management and oversight (e.g., BWise, Fusion, Appian, SharePoint, etc.).

      • Ability to work across different levels and functions to build relationships with key partners.

      • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong experience developing communications plans, working across communications channels to deliver high-value, impactful strategies.

      • Ability to work well under pressure, proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and manage through complexity.

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $84,000 - $126,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
