      Job Description

      The Project Coordinator position supports the Delinquency Leadership team in the daily operation of various projects related to C3 and Branch/Association set ups. The Coordinator serves as the main POC & front line liaison in executing on all tasks related to C3 & Delinquency Portal.

      Responsibilities includes:

      • Responsible for coordinating workflow and appropriate set ups for all incoming Branches into C3 & Delinquency Portal.
      • Responsible for all C3 transition ins and outs.
      • First level contact for all Delinquency Portal & C3 set ups.
      • Handling & mitigating all Ad Hoc Branch escalations in a timely manner.
      • Resolving support requests from branches in regards to all projects pertaining to Delinquency.
      • Working with external clients and internal departments to resolve HOA issues.
      • Logging & tracking of support activity.
      • Coaching and/or training of Delinquency associates as required.
      • Timely completion of ongoing projects as assigned by leadership.
      • Responsible for tracking all changes and reporting accordingly.
      • Other projects as assigned.

      Requirements

      • Robust organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while still producing high quality work.
      • Proactive approach to managing internal & external client expectations.
      • Sound decision-making, while balancing the needs of the business and client/HOA.
      • Ability to effectively de-escalate and resolve sensitive customer issues.
      • Strong working knowledge of C3 & Delinquency Portal business rules.
      • Strong working knowledge of departmental policies & procedures.
      • Ability to analyze procedures and recommend improvements.
      • Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner with leadership, clients & co-workers.
      • Commitment to embracing and supporting change within the organization.

      Education:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
