      Job Description

      1. Overview:

      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team from the Client Site. This role will be pivotal in overseeing contractor leasing operations and fostering new business relationships at our client site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in French and English, and a proven track record in talent acquisition and management.

      2. Key Responsibilities:

      · Contractor Management:

      o Oversee the recruitment and management of lease labor contractors.

      o Collaborate with client stakeholders to review and understand open positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.

      · Talent Acquisition:

      o Partner with the talent acquisition team to source, screen, and interview candidates.

      o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

      · Performance Management:

      o Establish and maintain delivery performance cadences with clients, ensuring service excellence and alignment with contractual obligations.

      o Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess contractor performance.

      · New Business Development:

      o Identify opportunities for new business within the client site, fostering relationships to drive growth.

      o Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.

      · Stakeholder Collaboration:

      o Work closely with internal teams and clients to address staffing needs and resolve any issues that arise.

      o Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and clients, ensuring clear communication and effective relationship management.

      3. Qualifications:

      · Experience:

      o Minimum of 5 years of experience in management and the services industry.

      o Aerospace with Manufacturing and/or Operations experience an asset.

      o Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.

      · Skills:

      o Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.

      o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

      o Collaboration with onshore / offshore teams.

      · Education:

      o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Masters of Business Administration is preferred.
