What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive services for customers, including new implementations and solution optimizations
- Lead customer kick-off meetings to establish project expectations and training timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal team members
- Monitor project plans and ensure compliance with agreed timelines
- Conduct workshops and provide on-site support during go-live events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visas)
- Experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Prior software implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Plex software
- Project Management and consulting skills
