What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide multi-faceted services for customers including new implementation and solution optimization
- Engage in customer kick-off meetings to review project expectations and timelines
- Monitor and deliver on mutually agreed project plans and implementation timelines
- Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration to meet customer business needs
- Travel to customer sites as required and provide on-site support at go-live events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
- Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship for employment visas)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- Prior software implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience testing and validating software configurations with clients
- Project management and consulting skills
