      NAPA Auto Parts Delivery Drivers are the key to our success, delivering excellent customer service and developing long standing relationships with our customers.

      The Delivery Driver is an important member of the store team, and is primarily responsible for:

      • Delivering parts to our customers in a safe and efficient manner with our delivery vehicles
      • Ensuring that that the right parts are delivered to the right customer order with precision, speed and courtesy
      • Mapping out routes for deliveries that are as efficient as possible
      • Communicating with the store manager any issues with customers that were discussed with a customer during the delivery
      • Overcoming roadblock problems for customers and chart effective solutions
      • Handling cash paid by customers and ensuring it is applied to their account
      • Inspecting, writing up, and returning new parts, defective parts, and cores and preparing them for return the Distribution Center or manufacturer
      • Completing a daily inspection of vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance is handled.
      • Checking in freight and helping to put away. Also pulling parts to be delivered to customers.
      • Back up in store positions when needed

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Passion for delivering customer care
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Keen sense for seeing, hearing and remembering part numbers and line codes
      • Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder and walk up and down stairs
      • Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
      • Motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      • Self-Motivated, strong sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, solid judgment
      • Valid Driver's License with:
        • No DWI convictions within the past four years
        • Clean driving record
      • Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
      • Ability to work in the United States
      • Availablity to work weekends
