Job Title: Delivery Driver

Job Description

Primary job duties will be to drive a non-CDL box truck to and from patients' homes and facilities such as hospitals, retirement homes, residential homes, and hospice facilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a non-CDL box truck on a set route each day, with the day's schedule provided each morning.
• Handle will-call deliveries if a full day of routes is not scheduled.
• Set up and pick up equipment such as supplemental oxygen products and supplies for home care patients within a prescribed and assigned geographical area.
• Set up and break down hospital-grade beds in customer homes.
• Ensure all rental equipment is returned in a timely manner and work with the warehouse team to offload equipment for cleaning and return.
• Walk through with the patient's caregiver on how to properly use the equipment if the patient is unable to do it.
• Use a tablet to log all information once set up at the patient's home.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as the beds are the heaviest items, although they are on wheels and won't always need to be physically lifted.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past three years and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work together at the warehouse when loading up products but also be able to work independently while on routes.
• Good customer service skills when on the road.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
