Job Description:
The role is of Delivery Manager - Capital Market Operations. Unit caters to Capital Market Operations for one of our top clients in Canada. Due to the geography serviced by unit, it asks the candidate to work in India Night Shift (6 pm IST - 4 am IST).* Candidate needs to have prior experience of managing Asset Servicing – Corporate Actions, Clearing & Settlements, Account Transfers, Banking Operations, Advisory Operation and Reconciliation, Mutual Fund Operation & Reconciliation and Middle office functions* Candidate will be required to ensure adherence to SLA standards as agreed with clients, review metrics, process notes & also manage other Control & Compliance requirements.* Candidate will also be expected to manage client service delivery model / feedback (VOC), monitor & implement re-engineering initiatives / transformation projects.* Be able to proactively identify opportunities for streamlining processes – automation, process reengineering* Lead a group of 4 to 5 Team Leaders and guide them successfully to manage respective LOB
Competencies/Skills:- People Management- Operations Background- Effective client interaction- Good communication & presentation skills - Ability to liaison with senior Management- Process Driven and has eye for detail- Self motivated, willingness to take on challenges and adaptable to change- Understand Business Needs: costs, resource planning, Billing, SPOC etc.- Problem-solving, analytical and networking skills across various functions- Strategic thinking and planningEssential:Graduate with Capital Market Operations background of 10 to 12 years, Well versed with all the concepts of Operations including compliance guidelines. Must have managed a team of 50+ Team Members through 3 to 4 Team LeadersNotice
