What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily route deliveries and maintain customer relationships through effective communication
- Load, unload, inspect, and document tires for delivery to and from customers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during tire handling and vehicle operation
- Complete necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Address customer account issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history (excluding permits)
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Ability to lift, move, and handle tires/inventory weighing up to 50 lbs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and Navigation systems
- Forklift certification
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Experience in customer service roles
