What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver tires to customers while maintaining effective communication and relationships
- Conduct daily route deliveries and visits to customers, ensuring quality standards and proactively solving concerns
- Load, unload, inspect, and record tires for delivery to and from customers
- Maintain vehicle in good mechanical condition and ensure safe operation
- Complete required driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history (not including a driver’s permit)
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems
- Ability to maintain a forklift certification
- Good mathematical and organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
