      WHAT YOU WILL DO

      Reporting to the P&D Director, the successful candidate will be required to:

      • Develop and maintain Spain Sales Forecast in the system, generating monthly reports to highlight significant deviations and adjust goods flow to actual sales, ensuring service levels and stock criteria align with internal policies.
      • Collaborate closely with National Account Managers (NAMs) to ensure accurate demand in the system, identifying risks and sales opportunities.
      • Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams to manage the portfolio effectively, and work with the supply chain to phase in and phase out products.
      • Actively participate in the Spain Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) process, including portfolio and demand reviews.
      • Oversee and filter the New Product Launch (NPL) flow, maintaining demand and production criteria for Spain, and monitor forecast accuracy, reporting deviations to Key Account Managers and Sales Directors.

      OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

      • Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent. Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
      • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
      • Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and planning tools (Arkieva or others).
      • At least 2 years of experience as Demand Planner in the FMCG industry.
      • Strong demand planning background with commercial understanding and great analytical skills.
      • Ability to take a holistic business view and negotiate with internal stakeholders.
      • Proactive with the ability to foresee problems and find solutions to mitigate business risk.
      • Drive for results.
      • Team player.
