Owns the demand review process with marketing people to provide continuous improvements in the sales forecast accuracy.
Guarantee stock availability from Supply Chain based on the local forecast.
Analyze large amounts of data and manage conclusions to drive change.
Management of purchase orders.
Monitoring all flow material from supplier to reception in San Cugat facilities.
Register new references as well as product replacements.
Manage Bottleneck situations in collaboration with Marketing.
Responsible for carrying out the planning of manipulated products.
Deliver full visibility to the business (internal customers) on the stock situation.
Implement process improvements by collaborating with other functions.
Lead Supply Chain key initiatives and projects.
Monitor the performance of all planning activities and KPIs:
Drive inventory reduction initiatives (keeping healthy inventory levels)
Monitor shelf life and obsolescence to avoid write-offs.
Achieve the Forecast Accuracy Level defined.
You have a Business Education, Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
You have 3+ years of experience as a Demand Planner.
Proactive approach to problem solving and analytical skills.
You have strong SAP knowledge, especially APO.
Team working skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Proficient in Spanish and English.

Reporting to the Demand Planning & Operations Manager, the Demand Planning Agent will be responsible to create and to manage an inventory plan for a group of products of Roche Diagnostics for Spain and Portugal Markets. Ensuring the proper planning processes, monitoring parameters and collaborating with other departments.
