Job Description
- Req#: 15301
- An accurate, aligned forward forecast from Sales and overlaying with market data, sales/EPOS data, latest intelligence to create the final Demand view
- Responsible for sharing the assumptions related to the latest forecast to highlight future risks & opportunities and to interpret the impact of the forecast changes
- Managing the end-to-end Supply Chain relationship with our Customers to build collaborative partnerships to drive overall forecast accuracy improvements and or cost saving initiatives
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy through weekly measurement, trend analysis & tracking of forecasts vs sales
- Manage customer prioritisation, working closely with Sales, Customer Service and logistics
- Support Budget and estimate creation
- Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, finance and Customer Service to ensure that the latest forecast reflects all planned sales and marketing activity
- Experience in working with a wide range of customers, in FMCG Food & Drink
- Familiarity with supply chain best practices, gained within ideally the industry and with retailer behaviors
- A passion for great customer service
- Excellent communicator
- An eye for detail, and the ability to juggle. A natural problem solver!
- Super organized and methodical in your approach
- Initiative to analyse data and information to highlight risks/opportunities
- Strong influencing skills
- Advanced excel user
- Disciplined to ensure processes are adhered to and the quality of detailed information is high
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability and confidence to makes decisions and resolve problems
- Knowledge of using multiple sources of data, internal and external (SAP, Retail Link, Connect, BI)

We are now recruiting for a Demand Planner to join us, reporting to the Head of Sales Planning, this role will is a key position within the business and will be responsible for developing and managing the forward forecast to deliver an optimised customer demand plan while taking into account all supply constraints.
