      Position Overview

      This role is responsible for building item-level demand forecasts to support a variety of Supply Chain functions including by not limited to static items, limited-time offers, Grand Opening stock builds, uniforms, and promotional items. This position will collaborate with other teams on demand scenarios, explanation of performance, identification of risks and opportunities to minimize variances to support the financial strategy.

      Job Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field or 4 years of comparable work experience required

      • Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management required.

      Location Requirement:

      • This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and is required to be in office 4 days a week

      Key Result Areas

      Maintain and communicate rolling 12-month forecasts for static items by distribution warehouse:

      • Prepare rolling 12-month forecasts for outlined static items

      • Evaluate growth, regional demands, and supply chain factors to influence forecast planning

      • Identify key changes in forecasts and provide notable items for review

      Prepare Grand Opening stock builds:

      • Evaluate regionalized impacts, recent Grand Opening performance, storage space and delivery schedules to prepare optimal stocking guidance for new shops

      • Prepare guidance for future stock orders to support shops and distributor purchasing

      • Review Grand Opening performance to evaluate real-time risk factors in inventory

      • Prepare cost review of Grand Opening orders and evaluate and present cost savings opportunities driven by waste reduction and reduced inventory turn times

      Prepare limited time offer, uniform and promotional item forecasts:

      • Partner cross departmentally to understand outcomes and timelines

      • Prepare forecast options that support cross collaboration amongst vested parties while balancing to the financial strategy

      • Review performance to forecast and provide updates to key partners

      • Other duties as assigned

      Physical Requirements

      • Occasionally move or lift office items

      • Must be able to work in an office environment

      • Must be able to communicate in an effective manner to perform job duties

      • Vision must be good or corrected in order to perform essential job duties

      • Hearing must be good or corrected in order to have the ability to understand information to perform essential job duties

      • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, computers, and office equipment

      Compensation:

      $72,865.23 - DOE
