What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, synthesize, and translate information from varied sources into cohesive findings and results
- Produce quantitative analysis and conduct technical interviews to obtain necessary data
- Communicate analytical approaches, results, and implications through presentations and meetings
- Provide written explanations of analysis results, effectively communicating their basis and implications
- Offer recommendations to assist clients in improving analytical results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or higher in sciences, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of applicable experience in program evaluation or energy systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and report writing capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in energy efficiency, public policy, environmental consulting, or market research
- Leadership capabilities and interests in team leader roles
- Familiarity with survey design and statistical analysis techniques
