What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, synthesize, and translate information from varied sources into cohesive findings and results
- Produce quantitative analysis to support DSM program evaluation and research
- Conduct technical interviews to obtain data needed for analytical tasks
- Provide written explanations of analysis results, communicating their implications effectively
- Guide and direct less experienced analysts in their work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or higher, preferably in the sciences, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of applicable experience in energy efficiency, public policy, or market research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and statistical analysis capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with program evaluation, statistics, survey design, and energy systems
- Professional experience in the energy efficiency or environmental consulting fields
- Aptitude for original thinking and problem-solving in non-routine scenarios
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within time and budget constraints
- Previous leadership experience or interest in team leadership roles
