      A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY IN THE LIVING ROOM — OUR SIGNATURE BAR

      We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized ½ Chef de Partie to join the team at the Living Room, our iconic bar, open all day and offering a special lunch menu service.

      Every day, the Living Room serves a lunch menu that is warm, generous, and fast, designed to offer guests a flavorful break without compromising on quality or style.

      YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


      Assist the Chef de Partie with preparations and lunch service, while ensuring 5-star quality standards.

      Help deliver a friendly, tasty, and efficient cuisine, perfectly in line with the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of the bar.

      Take part in the evolution of the menu by suggesting new, creative ideas adapted to our lunchtime clientele.

      Ensure rigorous mise en place and keep all workspaces clean and well-organized, in compliance with HACCP standards.

      Be reactive and versatile, able to adapt to a fast-paced service while always keeping a positive attitude.

      Work closely with your team and help maintain a motivating and collaborative team spirit

      PROFILE


      • Prior cooking experience in a 5 * hotel

      • Fluent in French/ English or Spanish

      • HACCP knowledge

      • You are highly motivated

      • Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

      • Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
