      Job Description


      • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Chef de Partie
      • Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
      • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries and desserts.
      • Create seasonal and innovative dessert menus.
      • Maintain ingredient freshness and quality.
      • Supervise and mentor junior pastry staff.
      • Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
      • Stay updated on pastry trends and techniques.
      • Assist in inventory management and cost control

      • Your experience and skills include
      • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
      • Service focused personality is essential
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
      • Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
