      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business objectives and influence solution strategies
      - Apply advanced analytical techniques to address medium to large-scale business problems
      - Develop 'insight to action' recommendations based on demographic and quantitative analyses
      - Utilize Geospatial/GIS technologies to enhance the clarity of analyses for non-technical audiences
      - Document methodologies and ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 6 years of data and analytics experience, or 4 years plus 2 years of progressive relevant experience
      - Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for decision-making
      - Proficient in data analysis tools, SQL, SAS, BI tools, and industry data & methods
      - Experience with emerging data sets and their integration into new insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics/Econometrics, Applied Demography, or Population Studies
      - 6 years of experience in applied demographic or population modeling
      - Experience building long-range cohort or migration models
      - Familiarity with climate-driven population migration data
      - Strong communication skills for conveying analytical results to senior leaders
