- Analyze claims information to identify denial reasons and create appeal letters
- Contact providers to learn the status of resubmitted claims and updates on incoming claims payments
- Calculate expected claim reimbursement and update accounts with information from insurance companies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior denials or AR experience in hospital or physician claims
- Experience working in a production-based environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a metrics-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing appeal letters to insurance companies
