What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and break down operatory post-treatment
- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Support patient charting for doctors
- Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a dental or healthcare-related field is a plus
