      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide chairside dental assistance and office support services in an institutional dental clinic
      - Maintain patient records, manage appointments, and oversee inventory
      - Perform duties such as charting, processing radiographs, and cleaning and sterilizing equipment
      - Provide patients with care instructions and ensure compliance with dental assisting standards
      - Stay current on dental assisting practices, materials, and office procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to perform dental assistant procedures, including chairside assistance and expanded functions
      - Experience in filing and using a personal computer for communication, report preparation, and inventory control
      - Knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization techniques, and dental nomenclature
      - Certification in CPR by the American Heart Association and training in the use of AED
      - Ability to perform CPR and/or first aid until appropriate care arrives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in dental laboratory and radiology procedures, including safety precautions
      - Familiarity with ethical standards of dental practice and first aid procedures
