      If you have worked in a Dental Office and dealt with processing customers insurance claims or have worked as an Insurance Benefits Advisor in a contact centre capacity for at least 2 years and are looking to work primarily from home as a member of a contact centre team please read on. On behalf of our client, Accerta, we are looking for strong candidates to become full-time permanent Customer Service Representatives. You need to be professional, positive, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills to join Accerta's Toronto team. Here are some details about the position: Daily Duties in the role: * Be the first point of contact to both provincial and municipal clients who require assistance related to social programs, products and services. * Answer inbound calls, emails and chats in a fast-paced high volume contact centre environment. * Manage outbound calls and follow up with clients. * Process claims, corrections and maintain eligibility data where necessary. * Track and document details of customer interactions. * Achieve established KPI’s based on call volumes, call turnaround and claims processing. * Maintain and protect the confidentiality and privacy of all information including following all regulatory requirements such as PHIPA – Personal Health Information Protection Act. * Other duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications required: * Minimum 2 years experience as a dental receptionist, dental assistant or a minimum of two years benefit insurance experience in a call centre or office environment. * Demonstrated knowledge of dental procedure codes and social programs. * Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to provide high quality customer service. * Demonstrated knowledge of complaint, de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques and ability to work with the pressure and challenges of receiving complaints while maintaining composure with clients. * The ability to adapt to changing technology, clients and processes. * Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated experience in computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with SharePoint and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Minimum High School Diploma required.
