What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from providers and members to resolve dental insurance issues regarding eligibility, benefits, claims status, and payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone for routine inquiries and assist with complex cases as needed
- Research and analyze incoming calls using various company systems and procedures to effectively resolve customer issues
- Stay updated on company and industry changes, including federal and state legislation and internal processes
- Provide service recovery to turn complaints or errors into positive customer experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient typing skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems concurrently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Capability to multitask, including interacting with customers while documenting calls
- Must provide a high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 megabits per second

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in dental insurance or related services
- Demonstrated professional experience in training or teaching
